Namratha Stanley (Prashanth)
Founder, Director
Namratha Stanley is the Founder and Director of Wine Equation and the creator of a premium Bordeaux wine brand, Solicantus. She is also the author of the inspirational memoir, Vineyard Melody, published in the US which is set to be adapted for screen. An MBA graduate in Wine & Spirits Management from INSEEC Business School, Namratha is also the Program Director at INSEEC (OMNES Education) and has been featured in Forbes, Decanter, Variety and other international publications.
Vedant Rathi
Director
Vedant joins Wine Equation as a Director. He is a part of Blue Square Corporate Services, an investment family office based in Mumbai, India focusing on public and private equity investments. He has previously worked with an American investment banking firm focusing on landmark Consumer and Healthcare transactions. He is a qualified CFA and has completed his MSc in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University
Elango Manikavasagam
Marketing Manager
Elango is a Social Media Strategist with an MSc in Wine Marketing and Business Development. Combining his knowledge of the wine industry with a passion for digital creativity and storytelling, he develops engaging content that strengthens brand identity and connects with audiences across digital platforms. Elango helps showcase wine brands, vineyard experiences, and the people and stories behind them.
